How do I go go about making a formal complaint?
I spoke to someone on the phone, she was rude, blunt and unhelpful, every time I asked to raise a complaint she just said what do you expect me to do? She ended up crediting my account £30 but now I’ve found out the situation is far worse than I thought! I’d like to not get miss unhelpful again and escalate it
i did a search and the links don’t work

You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form at the foot of the page.
