When will my iPhone 12 be delivered?

My order was confirmed but not heard when it will be delivered. The original email said to expect it on launch day. Anyone else spoke to EE and been told when to expect it?

I was told the same, now assuming they meant it will be dispatched on launch date perhaps?

I've also not received my iphone 12 order. There must be a delay. The tracker does not work, just says 'we cannot show you any information about this order' and to wait for a text update. I read in the papers that there was an issue with stock, with some customers stating they are more likely to receive it in november. If this is the case can you just confirm it so I know what's happening please.

I was told it would arrive today, launch day. Booked a day off work so I could be here and I never received a text from DPD and have no word on when it will come.

I spoke to 3 different people, each told me a different story. The first person said 23rd, another said 26th and the other said he didn’t know it could “be a while” 

Hope you have better luck than me because as it stands I have no idea when it will be coming and probably no one will be home.

An email or text would be nice, just to give us an idea of what's happening.

All I will say is keep the faith, I’ve received absolutely nothing communication wise. No email confirmation or anything and.....DPD have just turned up and handed me my new iPhone. So hopefully it will just be a bit late for you!

I have just ordered the iPhone 12 and latest iPad Air at the same time. I was told in store that they will arrive within the next 14 days.
