Good Day,

 

Kindly, would someone advise how to connect the "Collection Team"

 

I tried three time to call contact them on 0800 956 6000 without luck , I even spoke with the customer service and I give them my international number to call me back without luck

 

Any Advise please,  The online Chat is not helping at all.

@Mustafa1975 : You can only cll the standard CS nos & follow the IVR for Billing. No one will call you back .It's up to you to call them.

Hi, thank you for your email.

I'm stuck. I'm called many time without any luck to re-activate my number.

They for sure need to upgrade the service they provided.

They asked me to visit the store while I'm abroad .. how come , ? Why is
that ? What a request from a 12 years old customer?

Did you correctly answer the security questions that they asked you, @Mustafa1975.


That's the only reason I can think of that they would need you to visit a store.

They send me a pin code to my email address to check my account.

I don't remember the password ... But I answered all the questions they
asked.
