Claim phone insurance

I started making a claim but can’t mind my Apple ID to turn find my phone off ,my phone is not able to come on ,I tried my Apple ID on another devices and keep getting locked out a have no way of getting this sorted surely I can get a new phone with out turning find my iPhone off ,can anyone help please

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If you are getting your phone replaced, you must deactivate Find My iPhone on your iOS device before returning your device.

 

The Apple Support page has help on if you have forgotten the Apple ID.
