Christmas Double Data Offer

Hi

 

Does anyone know if the new double data offer will apply to packs bought with an existing PAYG sim?  The T&Cs seem to suggest they would, but when I click 'change pack' in the app, only the normal data is shown, not the double amounts.

I understand and agree wutg your summary, but I have activated my PATG sim, made calls, used data, but have still not been allocated the extra 5GB, that is promised on a £10 payg sim deal

 

Tried calling the PAYG team, but could not get through after being on hold for 30+ minutes

I'm having the same issue. Sim arrived today, bought £10 PAYG expected 10GB but only showing 5GB. Have made call and used internets OK. Balance to 150 tells me 5GB remaining....

If you give us a call on 150, the team will check your account for you and help you with the double data 🙂

I rang 150 and they sorted it in 5 mins flat. Amazing customer service! Why did I try that other network 😑
