I would like to know why I was charged twice for the downpayment for my plan. I already paid £50 as downpayment when I ordered the mobile phone that I have chosen. However, yesterday I was charged again another £50 in addition to the monthly payment of £61.60. At the moment I am out of the country and everytime I tried to call the hotline, it was always busy. Thank you.

@Blanca05 You’ll have to call customer services about this. But have you paid this or is this just the bill ?
