New iphone 13 / trade in

I've ordered the new iPhone 13 to come on a new upgraded contract.  I've also done a trade in of my old phone, I ordered my new phone over 6 days ago and received my trade in pack on Wednesday.  it says I need to return my old phone within 14 days of receiving the pack or I shall not receive my discount on my new phone.  How ever after six days I've had no word of receiving my new phone.  I was not informed there is a delay in new iPhone and I'm worried that if I don't return my old phone before my new one comes my discount will not be given.

@katsnookes  Just call customers about this.  You’ll get an extension on the return as they know there issues with demand and supply. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
