Changing my phone number to one from another network

I bought a sim only pay as you go deal from EE because I wanted to see what the coverage was like. I didn't transfer my old number because I wasn't sure I would stay with EE. I now want to transfer that number and know I need to get a pac code, but don't know the process to then get my current EE number changed to my previous number. Obviously I'm a mobile phone novice! I hope someone can advise me.

Hello @Susan52 and welcome to the community

I'd recommend a read of this EE help article which explains the process for "Porting" your number to EE.

You will need a PAC from your existing network to then give to EE.

Thank you very much, bristolian. That seems very clear.
