Hi, I've changed my mind on which S21 handset/contract I'd like. I've progressed a pre-order and paid £100 fee for an S21+ but now want to change that to the S21 ultra. Hadn't realised the RAM and screen has been downgraded from S20+ to S21+ so now want the S21 ultra.
Can I resolve this online or do I have to call?

You will need to call EE CS on 150 about this change.
