@antsduc  The item has to be delivered to the billing address. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you've got a link in the text you receive from DPD, you can try following this to change the address your item is delivered to.

 

You will need photo ID upon receipt.
