Hi all,
My Iphone SE died on me the other day, so I've ordered a Huawei P20 to be delivered to my local store. This whole thing has been a massive inconvenience, I tried to buy in-store but they couldn't apply student discount so I had to order the phone online and wait for it to be delviered to the same store, rather than be able to take the phone they had in stock on the day. The staff were trying so hard to be helpful, and seemed embarrased by the red tape from headoffice.
I've been sent an email from EE and I'm able to track the package via the EE website (I cannot do this on the courier site as I haven't been sent a consignment number). EE have said I will receive text updates from the courier telling me when to pick up the new phone.
The problem is that I cannot receive any texts as my old phone is unusable - does anyone know if I'll get an email confirming it's been delivered? I also don't have access to a phone to call EE to discuss anything with them and the chat service cannot help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Anemone
Use a pay phone and call the shop/EE, or go in to store, use a friend's phone?
So many options.
Thanks

Good Evening @Anemone.
Welcome to the community.
I am so sorry to hear this has happened.
Did you provide a contact number?
You can also speak with our online chat team who can track this for you and provide you your consignment number.
The online chat option is at the bottom of this page.
Hope it's not much longer for you.
Katie 🙂
