Change from monthly to payg

My son confused in a state of getting woke accidentally changed from payg to mthly, we got in touch on 26th july and finally got somewhere a a week ago, the only trouble now is when we said change back, his account is closed and number not recognised . Anyone know why or how long it takes to change back

Can you clarify whether this is just a problem with the website/app login, or is your son's phone not working?
If the phone isn't working and you've tried restarting it, you'll need to contact EE C/S on either 150 from your mobile, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.
