I bought a 4GEEWIFI device with a EE pay as you go SIM card (bought like that). I would like to know if I go to another country, would I be able to buy a different SIM card from that country and use my 4GEEWIFI device?

Why not? You can get a free PAYG SIM from the likes of O2 at any time.
