I don't know why you keep disabling my cap, I have changed this to 0 several times but I keep getting extra bill each month.
You need to look into this, I don't want to pay extra charges each month again.

Hi @Khumzy ,
I recommend that you open an online chat and request a refund of all the recent charges that occurred due to EE's faulty systems. I do not feel it is right that customers are penalised when the mistake is on the service provider's side. Good luck!

The Spend Cap does not cap all extras:
Charges that aren’t restricted:
monthly recurring charges e.g. plan charges add-on charges e.g. data or call passes, BT Sport, Apple Music Service charges for premium calls and texts to numbers beginning with 09, 118, 083 084, 085, 087, 070 admin charges / late payment fees charge to bill e.g. Music Subscription Services, in-app purchases
Are you being charged with any of these?
