I have ended my contract with ee and am trying to view my final bill. I can log onto the app but when clicking on the bill it won’t load and just gives me a blank screen. I have tried logging on to my ee via the website instead and I keep getting error messages saying it cannot log me in.

I have spoken to someone at ee and although their website says that you can view your bills online 6 months after you leave this is incorrect and your account gets deativated as soon as you leave. They have to send me a copy of the bill via post, which they were going to charge for but haved waived the fee as I cannot view it online.

What happens when you try to view your bill in your My EE Account?
Are you able to try using a different browser?

I am having the same problem. Can’t log in to my account via the app or through a browser.
