Hi to all
I am new to these forums
A few months ago I was able to top-up and get my balance on Pay as you go by calling 150.
This does not appear to work any more , yet when I tried to register and then change my password I was given a pin number to change it and a message that I should phone 150 asap if I had not requested the change of password???
Hope I have placed this thread in the right forum - it has taken over an hour to work out how to ask a question/post a new thread.

Many thanks for your reply. I have tried the text BAL to 150 which worked.
I have also saved the link to Fast Top Up online.
Are there any other texts to 150 - just wondered because on a couple of other pages whilst searching this web site it says phone 150 asap???
Can I assume that I can top-up the wife's the same way as mine - she is also with EE.

Never Google when you can search the site you're interested in directly 😉 !
