Cannot top-up payg

Hi,

I'm trying to top-up my payg phone through the website but  when I click on "MyEE > PAY AS YOU GO" or  "MyEE > Top up" links it takes me straight to my products page and I can't see how I can update my phone from there.

Any suggestions as to what might be the reason for  that? (this worked a couple of weeks ago).

Thank you

Hi,

it says "we cannot accept payments for that number" when I type my number in.

Why is topping up on EE made so difficult? I'm literally saying "here, take my money" and it seems impossible to get my phone topped.. 🙄

Why isn't there a website which allows you to top up your phone when you have a phone number, phone number user details (i.e. name) and debit card details???

@TodorKuznetsov : Are you on a T-Mobile or Orange no?

I don’t know.. it says EE on my phone when it’s turned on.. so, I was guessing that this is my network now..? They changed a few years ago because someone merged with someone else.. I don’t really care and I don’t follow this **bleep**. I just thought I’d be able to top my phone without having to pay for the top up as a service.. oh, what an idiot I am to think that while paying money I don’t have to pay money for paying money 🤨🤨🤨

I think I will be quitting this network now. This is ridiculous money-grabbing **bleep** business plan they have.. only an idiot would be a customer with these people.

When texting NUMBER to 150 what network does it say you are on?
