Sweet Jesus... what a nightmare!
I can't get a sim-only deal if I login, I can't add my overseas postcode as a previous address even though "overseas address" is selected, I can't contact them directly via phone from my skype number, I can't get the twitter mod to help. How tf do you ppl stay in business if you can't sign up new customers?

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
