Hi
I got the sms from EE said my data ran out and I can buy extra data through Add-On.
However, it keeps saying error for 2 days and I tried to sms to 150 to "ADD DATA", i got the below sms reply:
Sorry, there is an issue at the moment and your pack cannot be added, please try again later.
I have tried 2 days already.

When I use the app to try to buy extra data, there is no option for me to choose as well.

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what it offers you.

There's nowt you can do. It can only be a bug in EE systems.

Hi all
I got an update and hope this can help other people.
I called 150 and spoke to customer service. I have been advised that as I am on Flexi Plan, I am unable to add data anymore since late Aug due to the change of terms and conditions.

Then why do add-ons appear as available in the current EE Flex non-standard charges price guide - December 2020 ?
@Christopher_G: Are you able to confirm or deny what OP has been told by CS which contradicts what is in latest Flex Price Guides?
