Cannot make or receive calls or texts

I haven't used my phone for around 2 years, I've just found it and switched it on but can't receive calls or texts. I can't top it up at the moment so am unsure if i can call out or send texts. I'm in the uk.

I would recommend you take a read of this help page which explains EE's hibernation policy.

If you've not used your PAYG phone for 2years, it will almost certainly have been disconnected. Your number and any credit on it, will have been lost.
