Cannot make or receive calls after transferring number over

My pac has started to transfer but cannot make or receive calls?? When trying to call is says number not recognised, when some tries to call it just beeps and goes dead??? Frustrating!! Can anyone help?

Assuming a port-in, when did you give your PAC to EE and which day were you expecting your number to port over?

Hi

porting number from o2 started port on Friday yesterday old sim stopped working, cannot accept call and when try to ring out its say number invalid??

Could I please check what make and model phone you're using with the new SIM?

I would like to try doing something called a network refresh, to do that please follow the below instructions:

 

Step 1. Tap the Settings app on your iPhone.

Step 2. Tap General.

Step 3. Scroll down to find Reset and tap it.

Step 4. In the new window, select Reset Networking Settings and confirm the action.

 

Once you have followed these steps you will need to re-enter any WiFi passwords you have saved. Please let me know if this helps.
