Cannot enter my overseas postcode

I'm trying to buy an EE sim online but it won't let me because it needs my previous address (recently moved permanently to the UK) but it won't recognize the overseas post code because it is in a different format.

 

Can anyone help?

EE is a UK-based operator, and their online forms will only accept UK-addresses.

 

Is it a PAYG or a pay-monthly account that you're looking to purchase? If it's PAYG, it should just be a delivery address.

 

If you're looking to buy a pay-monthly account and have problems doing this online, I would recommend calling the sales number to discuss your circumstances. It may be that your credit history doesn't meet EE's criteria, but the agent you speak to should be able to advise on specifics.
