Cannot Speak to Customer Service Agent

I am desperately trying to get hold of a customer service agent as I need to sort the return of my iPhone 11 max pro back to EE but I have been trying for two days both on the phone and in the message system online and absolutely nobody answers - I have no clue as to what to do next - and I have a time limit on when to send this phone back ????? why are their customer service so bad !!! can someone from EE please contact me !!!

You need to call 150 and hold for when someone becomes free. Or try live chat.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
