Hi all. I was just confirming how I cancel an order I made after EE called me and asked if I wanted to upgrade my Ipad.
This was over 2 weeks ago and I was told the item was in shock and would be out in 24hrs.....still not arrived as I said 13 days later. No info passed other than a tracking number which tells me it is awaiting dispatch.
I want to cancel this before it even leaves the store as I have decided I do not need a new one for now looking at things in the cold light of day.
I appreciate there is a pandemic on the go and things are very hard but I had my phone upgrade within 14hrs of placing my order on the phone.
Do I call 150 or is there a particular avenue I must follow.
