Cancel my sim only but keep my main account contract

I have a main account and a sim only. I got the sim only but dont need it any more and also have never used the sim. Can I cancel it?

Hi @M_Sanderson 

 

Is the plan you want to cancel, within a minimum term or outside one?

 

If it's within a minimum term, you'll need to pay early termination charges - "monthly subscription" x "months remaining" minus a small discount.

 

If you're outside a minimum term, then you just need to give 30days notice to disconnect.

 

Whether you've used the SIM or not, is immaterial so far as cancelling goes.
