Hi
I'd like to cancel an order but can't get anyone on the phone as your lines are busy (understandabke during this period).
I tried live chat but cause its for a tablet it won't let me go through either.
Could I be contacted to get it cancelled please? Thanks

@Vsloth If you’re still within your contract term unfortunately you will have to call customer services. As you know you’ll have to be patient when calling.

Thanks for your answer
It's not within my contract as its for an add on but ee hasn't got the device in stock at the moment so would like to cancel the order basically.
Customer service number is through 150 or 0800 956 6000?
I hope there would be another way to contact them but I'll try and ring again.
Thanks for your help
