I ordered my iPhone 12 pro on 9th November, received no confirmation email. After several conversations with people from EE I’ve gotten no where. I know there has been a shortage of these phones, I think had I received a confirmation email I’d feel a lot more settled!
I just keep being told a lot of different things.....

I ordered the iPhone 12 pro, they said they could see my order yes.
I just assumed I would’ve received some sort of email telling me the order had gone through.... maybe I’m wrong lol
