I currently use my Mobile phone hotspot as my home wifi, but my girlfriend wants a wifi connection when I'm not at home. I never use up all my 160gb of data on my mobile contract.. So was wondering if I purchase a dongle/4gEE router then can I top it up from my mobile phone data?

The mobile router will need to be on contract as well, under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG. They need to be to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

Hi there @Benrostand
Thanks for posting on the community.
The pay as you go SIM card would need it's own pack that includes data or a data add-on.
You wouldn't be able to share the data from your plan.
Hope this helps 🙂
Leanne.
