Ordered a charger from ee and added it to my account to pay monthly been given a tracking number but it won’t work and I can’t track my order?

When you say it doesn’t work, do you get an error or when you put your details in, it doesn’t load anything on the tracker?
Have you tried putting your mobile number in and your order reference?

Yes it still doesn’t work it comes up error

@Charlotteestlea Thanks for that. I would suggest you phone customer service via 150 and inform them of this and see if they can resolve and double check your references.
