Can’t login to EE perks

I have recently used EE perks login without an issue. I have gone to use it again today for an additional line and I can’t login. I have attempted to send the password reminder to my email but nothing comes through. Anyone know how to fix this issue.

Have had problems with er perks for over 2 years now and numerous people promise to help rectify this and never do! I have missed out on so much discount ad I have had no choice but to upgrade without the discount! I have been a customer with we for 20 years and spend a lot on contracts!! 3 phones an iPad, 2 watches plus a sim only line for my mum and get no help for all my custom, really considering moving to another company! I never have these issues getting my brother Vodaphone discount!!!

I would like to get your perk account reset for you. This would mean you could register again for an EE Perk account, with either your work or photo ID and get access to the Perk codes.

Hi

 

i can’t logon to my perks it stating I’m already registered 

 

could I be sent a link to set up re set up

 

when I select forgotten password nothing is emailed over
