Blue Light Discount Code

I work in an NHS dental practice but do not have an NHS email address, my payslip does not work to register for EE Perks.

How is it so difficult to use a blue light code? 

Blue light offers 20% off but there is no where to put the code that blue light gives me. 

Ive tried using/registering with EE perks and it doesn’t work. Please help.
