Hello,
My partner recently ordered a apple watch series 7. But it was paired plan to his EE number. But I have connected the watch to my phone which has different EE number. So I the watch suggested to adds on the smart watch plan 30d. But still I can’t connect the mobile data. So I just wanted it to cancel the plan. Phoned 150 they said to cancel it they want me to return the apple watch. Any suggestions?

Did you speak to our tech team about getting this set up and working?
If you were to cancel, are you looking to cancel just the 30 day plan or cancel the whole watch plan on your partners account?

Hello Jon,
I only want to cancel the 30d smartwatch plan not the whole apple watch paired plan. So I don’t know why they want me to return the whole thing.

If you're just wanting to cancel the 30 day plan, you won't need to return the watch as it's part of the 24 month plan on your partner's account.
I'd recommend getting back in touch and clarifying this.

Not the store, @Christine_jh09.
Just call our Customer Care team and they will be able to help you, make sure you specify that you're looking to cancel the SIM only plan and not the one that included the watch.
