I can't get logged into EE Perks. I have tried a password reset but nothing comes through. I have searched the forum for help but all the assistance seems to be done by private message. Can anyone assist me please?

What happens when you try to log in? Do you get any error messages?

Hi @Christopher_G I have been trying to reset my passwork as I am unsure what my password is but it doesn't matter which email address I enter it always says it has sent a password reset but nothing ever comes through and I have checked spam.
I could do with help resetting my password or help setting it up again

I am also having a similar issue, I try to log in and it doesn't recognise my login details (i've definitely registered) then when I request a password reset nothing comes through (checked spam, junk etc.) can you assist in what to do next?

Nope I am definitely using the same email address, if i try to sign up again it says this email is already registered but still won't send me a password reset
