The TCP/IP section is not editable, is there some way to activate it?

@XRaySpeX Hey I found it, it's a bit obscure, you have to go into Advanced Settings -> My Network, then click IPv4 Configuration, then set DNS Servers: Auto to Off.

Then you can change the DNS server IPs to use different ones, like 1.1.1.1 or content restriction ones.

Maybe it was just as obscure on the old router, can't remember

What router is that?

That looks like a status page, not a settings page.

It won't get approved as it shows your public IP.

Yes, I guess that was off the Home / Status page. You need to be looking at the Advanced / BB / Internet page & setting DNS Type to Manual.

Why do you keep saying this? It's not editable the advanced settings on the new white routers. It was on the older ones

@spikey213 : Yes, sorry, you're right. You can't manually set the DNS on the EE Smart Router, unlike the EE Smart Hub. It sucks 😞 !

OIC! They've moved DNS setting from:

Advanced / BB / Internet

                     to

Advanced / My Network / IPv4 Configuration.

Well found 🙂 !
