Can’t access my nhs perks account, account deactivated

Hi, I am an nhs nurse and can’t get in to my perk account. I registered years ago but every time I try to go in now it tells me my account has been deactivated, I have contacted ee and HR but nobody knows what to do or can help me. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
