We can't. We are customers. We don't know you. and the staff on here have no account access who doesn't know who you are either.

 

You need to call EE

I presume you've received a letter or email to the effect that you owe some money? Does that have any contact details on it?

 

Unfortunately there is no access to individual customer accounts on this internet forum, so no-one on here can assist with any specifics in your case.
