My EE App (Android phone) doesn't work. It won't log in. It's been like this for months.
I would really appreciate a more professional and technical message with a fault code rather than "sorry we're having a little difficulty right now"
My EE mobile website doesn't work, when I try to top up the payment step won't proceed, says "additional authorization required by payer" (this is a transferwise account, works on desktop site)
PAYG top-up is the very basic operation, how come this major operator can't provide a properly working service, really puzzles me..

@MK_SN : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card.

Fast top up link doesn't work. Same problem "payer authorization "

I should imagine TransferWise is not considered a proper bank a/c or card OR it's TransferWise that demands the authorisation, not EE.
