Can’t Send Emails

I am having issues sending emails on my 4G iPad

I have a Virgin Media email account set up and if on any wifi network I can send emails fine.

When I am connected via my EE sim and connected by 4G emails are failing to send.

 

Been looking into and it seems my EE ip address is on the blacklist on Spamhaus that’s causing the issues.
