@ollycurzon  DPD will text you your delivery time slot you are then given an option to rearrange a delivery that is more convenient for you but it probably will not be for today.   To have a time slot that you want today you are charged for it as DPD need to plan around that time slot and it’s to late to do that today.

Have you had a text from DPD confirming delivery for today?
