I signed up for a PAYG service, I hate the service, I can't transfer my old number, the service is a misleading lie, I haven't used any data, I just want to cancel and get my money back. It's been a terrible experience.
I just want to know, can I cancel online?
If not, why?
I signed up online just before Christmas, I just wanted a PAYG service that, when I use up my allotted allowance it THEN renews, not after a month it renews, that's a different service is called pay monthly. Starting to wonder if companies know the difference anymore..
This is 2019, I find it hard to believe there's no cancel option online. EE are meant to be a big company, starting to think they're still Orange underneath. Orange was a lying company that stole money when you left their contracts, because they knew better. I'm just saying, most big companies are built on lies and cheating customers out of money, because to these companies, money is what matters..
I also don't get how a company that specialises in phones, can't make a phone friendly website..

Hi @Yearls
You don't cancel PAYG as there is no contract. Did you undertake any research before moving to EE on the EE PAYG product?
If you want the traditional PAYG service rather than the packs, then text STOP PACK to 150.
Any PAYG credit isn't refundable. Speak to EE CS on 150 and they can help further.
Thanks

With PAYG you may buy your next pack mid-term & then text NOW to 150 to get it started immediately.
