This may be a stupid question...
but that is the status of the phone order I placed online for collection from an EE store.. this is an upgrade for my parents phone and they’ve had a couple of EE texts but I’ve not had any emails yet (I’m the account holder) so not sure if i can go and pick up the new phone tomorrow or not.
I tried speaking to someone today but they told me the order was confirmed but I’ve still not received an email confirming the order, its only when i put in the order number in the tracking search it shows me “IN STOCK ORDER IS CONFIRMED”, now i presume the phone is in stock at the relevant store.
just wondering if anyone else has had an experience like this?
im just annoyed that I’ve not had a confirmation email.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't got an email, have you checked your junk/spam folders too?
I'd recommend getting in touch with the store that the phone is getting delivered to, and asking if the phone has arrived.
