Buying PAYG Sim Only Card issue

Hi,

Sorry to bother you on here for this, but I can not get through to anyone at EE to help.

 

I went through the EE buying process for PAYG Sim Only Cards yesterday evening.  It took my credit card details, and then went to a page with EE adverts on it.  It did not go to the Confirm section at the top of the page.

I have had no email confirmation of my order, so I do not know if EE have my order for Sim card, or not.

Is there anyway to tell?

 

Also, is there any way to get the SIM card sent to a postal address that is not your registered credit card address?

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

Did you make an upfront payment for a pack?

 

You should be able to select a different address for the SIM card to be sent too, this would need to be in the UK.

 

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive, if you don't receive the SIM card please get in touch with our Pay as you go Care team.
