Good evening, I recently had an upgrade to my contract, and added the bt sports package. I've followed all the steps to activate the account and all I get is error code ID003, I've spoken to EE customer service, and been told that it will take a few days to work. This was 3 weeks ago. Can someone please help. Thank you
