Bt sport

I recently upgraded to an unlimited sim for my 4GEE wifi and chose BT Sport app as my swappable benefit. When I go to the BT site to do the set up it says that it will text me a code. I cant receive a code as my sim is not in a phone but in my 4GEE Wifi box. Is there an alternative way to set it up?

You can receive a text & reply to it. These mobile routers do do SMS. You'll find it under the SMS section when you login to it.
