Bt sport app

Just had a message from 150 thanking me for taken out bt sport app with EE ,the problem is i have not.

@bytor  Does this show on your EE account?  You need to look in add ons. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hello, my wife and I both got the text and the BT Sport app is a fixed add-on that neither of us want. I hope we will not incur charges for something we don't want.
