Iphone 13 pro max

Hi! I've tried to call the EE shop where I made the upgrade but say that the store is closed. I call at 150 and they said that I need to call to the store. What I can do, because my phone order it's in the store and they will keep until 27octomber and I'm away in holiday.

@DumitracheC customer services cannot help you as you ordered at a store, you need to keep trying the store and until someone at the store can answer the phone you’re going to have to be patient and keep trying to call the store.
