I have just moved house and I am carrying on with EE broadband. My new house previous had internet connection. I have been told it will take 2weeks until I can get internet. Does this sound right? Not ideal for us home workers!

If the previous occupant's have only just ceased their broadband, or they used a cable supplier such as Virgin Media and so on, are all reasons why it takes 10 working days to get new broadband up and working.

When EE erroneously ceased my own BB it still took them exactly 2 weeks to get it back to what it was. Most of the time is down to scheduling OR to make the connection.
