On 13th nov I rung up and renewed my broadband n phone line with ee which my new price is now £21.59 but just received my bill and it is £22.55 is it cause of what was left On my old plan and added to the new plan price which has gone live on 16th nov? Can anyone help with this.

If you log into MyEE and look at your bill the details will be broken down.
No one on here has access to your bill, but it does sound like it is a combination or the old rate and new rate - unless you have some calls on there?

No I old plan is exactly the same as the new one part from its 24months in stead of 18 and the price has gone up

It sounds more like Annual Home Broadband CPI (0.6%) + 3.9% price changes altho' this seems to be the wrong time of the year to be applying it.
