I have contacted EE and my email provider but noone seems to know what the problem is.
I use Outlook 365 to get and send emails. It works on the home broadband but over the last couple of months on mobile broadband there has been interrmittent periods where I can't send or download. We have checked the settings and they are correct.
When I spoke with ee support they rebooted my mobile broadband and it worked for about ten minutes then stopped again.
MY email is on livemail.co.uk, can anybody help please?

What devices are you having issues with?
How are they connected to your broadband?
What mobile broadband device do you have?

What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?

Incoming mail: mail.livemail.co.uk port 143 no encryption no spa
outgoing mail: smtp.livemail.co.uk port 25 no encryption requires authorisation ticked
I connect with my laptop using outlook 365 though a Huaweipro2 e5885l

Shouldn't it be:
- Incoming: IMAP, Port 143 with SSL/TLS encryption
- Outgoing: SMTP, Port 587 with SSL/TLS encryption, Authenticated same as Incoming?
