This is puzzling, I have the following plan:
Smart SIM UL £28 24m
Which I thought would cost £28.00, and yet every month I get charged £29.24 and I have no idea why, no other charge lines are listed on my statement:
Am I missing something really obvious?!

Have you held this contract since at least 31st March? If so, the annual Mobile CPI+3.9% (=4.5%) price changes has been applied to your original monthly price.
